I hope you're young and you like stairs. A lot of stairs. The units are cool but you better be fit. To get up and down all of those stairs. Three levels in every condo all stairs. Roof access super cool, still stairs. The pool in the hot tub are small and inadequate. Location is fantastic, but then, stairs.
Awesome place to live. The location is super close to all that Old Town has to offer…nightlife, restaurants and shopping. Also close to the Greenbelt bike trail. 360 Degree Rooftop Deck with views of Camelback, McDowell and Four Peaks. Great place to BBQ, sip on a drink and view the amazing AZ sunsets. Gated secure courtyard with pool. Ample parking. Easy access to 101. Quiet, safe and new!
Great newer high end condo complex in heart of old town Scottsdale on Main Street with some of the best views from private rooftop patio’s! Great investment opportunity
I was very impressed with the new condos. The quality and finish of the interiors is impressive. The agent was engaging and helpful in showing the property. The location is great, the views are beautiful, and the terrace is amazing!!
