This company is stuck in the stone ages. Everything has to be done in person, and most of the time, they are rude. I had an issue with my bill. They claimed that I used 9,000 gallons of water in one month. I told them this was absolutely incorrect and it needs to be checked again. They suggested that I had a running toilet, but I didn't. My landlord came out and did several tests with a plumber. They did a die test and several other ones all indicating there was no leak. Really a 298 dollar water bill y’all go to be kidding me I see y’all been working on line in my neighborhood that does not mean go up on everyone bill it not fault every thing is rusty and old

This company turns off water due to water main breaks without any notification. Then, once water is restored, thick and full of mud, they never issue a boil water advisory. Careless, rude, and lazy employees justify their actions by claiming that there is only one person working, so there is no way to notify people of water cut-offs. Additionally customer service states that the muddy water is safe to use.
Rates are extremely high, they never inform you of outages. Our water was off one morning, no warning, just off.
