This company is stuck in the stone ages. Everything has to be done in person, and most of the time, they are rude. I had an issue with my bill. They claimed that I used 9,000 gallons of water in one month. I told them this was absolutely incorrect and it needs to be checked again. They suggested that I had a running toilet, but I didn't. My landlord came out and did several tests with a plumber. They did a dye test and several other ones all indicating there was no leak. I am from Sarasota County, Florida and trust me Seneca Light and Water ROCKS. LOW LOW LOW cost for power. You people who complain about an occasional power or water outage are spoiled. try Florida Power and light and you would BEG for Seneca Light and Water again, FPL treats you like servants, obnoxious. Really a 298 dollar water bill y’all go to be kidding me I see y’all been working on line in my neighborhood that does not mean go up on everyone bill it not fault every thing is rusty and old
