Embarrassingly-run company. If you have other options for utilities, avoid the nightmare and don’t go this route. They are rude, snappy, and extremely slow to help you in any way. I’ve had intermittent brown, soil-rich water for 2 months. Seneca Light and Water assessed and said they couldn’t find anything wrong. All brand-new piping was installed and guess what? I just want to send a huge THANK YOU to Seneca Light & Water. Having lived in multiple different states, from FL all the way up to RI.... Seneca Light & Water is hands down the best utilities company I've ever had. I feel lucky and beyond grateful to fall under their care.

This company is stuck in the stone ages. Everything has to be done in person, and most of the time, they are rude. I had an issue with my bill. They claimed that I used 9,000 gallons of water in one month. I told them this was absolutely incorrect and it needs to be checked again. They suggested that I had a running toilet, but I didn't. My landlord came out and did several tests with a plumber. They did a dye test and several other ones all indicating there was no leak.
