Awesome company, needed to move a electric pole for a new house I am building and it was a quick call, location request and bam 10 days later the pole was moved to the new location. Truly rare to find such a customer focused company! Yet another reason I love living in the "Golden Triangle"
They charged me for an apartment that I no longer live in. They told me to take it up with the apartment. I did. The apartment manager said she said she would take care of it. I told Seneca Light and Water that our previous landlord would take care of it. They told me the apartment manager can't pay it and that the apartment manager has nothing to do with the bill. Why did they send me back to my apartment manager? They lied and wasted my time.
Embarrassingly-run company. If you have other options for utilities, avoid the nightmare and don’t go this route. They are rude, snappy, and extremely slow to help you in any way. I’ve had intermittent brown, soil-rich water for 2 months. Seneca Light and Water assessed and said they couldn’t find anything wrong. All brand-new piping was installed and guess what?
