This Insurance is the worst ever! The people are very unprofessional !! They have no idea half the time what they are talking about.
Be careful scam. Don't get insurance with them. It's been 4 months since I filed a claim, and they still haven't paid. The accident wasn't even my fault. Also, it's almost impossible to reach them for an update.
They are not helpful and you have to find an agent that works with them. They will not connect you to an agent.
Please everyone beware of buying insurance from Seneca Insurance Co. They are horrible, poor business practices, and do not do their work properly. They went to cancel someones insurance policy without investigating thoroughly. I will ask that people find a better insurance company. After hearing the situation I will recommend all my friends and family to stay away from this company.
