Thank you to the ER team for always taking care of my son. If it wasn’t for them, we would’ve never progressed on my son’s speech delay. They noticed his ear tubes were too small and had fluid behind. Not even his pediatrician in Sacramento cared to see that or even rule that out with knowing how many ear infections he’s had. He’s 2.5 years old. He could’ve been talking by now but it’s all in God’s hands and his reasoning. She offered a few different solutions which we discussed before jointly agreeing on a plan to move forward. This was a very pleasant Healthcare experience. The registration was fast and polite. The nurse was amazing and personable. The provider we saw was outstanding. I was overall impressed with my visit!
