Thank you to the ER team for always taking care of my son. If it wasn’t for them, we would’ve never progressed on my son’s speech delay. They noticed his ear tubes were too small and had fluid behind. Not even his pediatrician in Sacramento cared to see that or even rule that out with knowing how many ear infections he’s had. Lori Koehler is a compassionate and knowledgeable provider who took the time to listen and hear my concerns. She offered a few different solutions which we discussed before jointly agreeing on a plan to move forward. I am grateful to see the new changes. My family has seen many of the doctors now on staff. I would rate them all 10's. The entire clinic staff are a group of amazing professionals. There are just too many amazing employees in both the clinic and the hospital to list individually. I can not express my gratitude for the staff the fills both buildings.
Lori gave us excellent care on our first. She listened carefully to our concerns and asked lots of questions. I feel like we finally have found someone who will get to the bottom of my husband’s health issues. Her thoroughness was appreciated deeply.
This was a very pleasant Healthcare experience. The registration was fast and polite. The nurse was amazing and personable. The provider we saw was outstanding. I was overall impressed with my visit!
