Have had a horrible experience the past 13 days of multiple errors in prescriptions, med lists and multiple phone calls and 3 day waits to get even a simple response. I believe it can be endangering the patient’s health at this point and while we love the doctor who switched to this practice and trust his care, we are horrified at the inability to get simple prescription information correct and the complete and totally unprofessional staff behavior.
