I took my boss here as he was experiencing severe pain in the kidney area of his back. They took him in immediately. Checked out and sent him to the hospital for more tests.
Staff is rude, they don't always send you video links. Then call you a liar. I do not recommend. I miss the days it was a small practice Dr. Ryan ran. I am loving Seneca family health. Most all my family has switched by now to there as well.
Needed blood work done. Staff has always been helpful.
Today was very smooth n dr was very nice.
Every time I go in im told that we close at 5 so we might not be able to see you - doesn't matter that I arrive 2 hours before close for myself or my kids. Shouldnt matter regardless as theyre an urgent care - so if someone arrives before close there should be no reason to turn anyone away. This is the 5th time I've experienced this. Im beyond unimpressed and if they want to act like its a doctor's office - they should take the name urgent care off the building.
