Needed blood work done. Staff has always been helpful.
Today was very smooth n dr was very nice.
Every time I go in im told that we close at 5 so we might not be able to see you - doesn't matter that I arrive 2 hours before close for myself or my kids. Shouldnt matter regardless as theyre an urgent care - so if someone arrives before close there should be no reason to turn anyone away. This is the 5th time I've experienced this. Im beyond unimpressed and if they want to act like its a doctor's office - they should take the name urgent care off the building. Only had 1 positive experience with this urgent Care. That was with Kristin G earlier today
My friend is terrified of blood work. She has been in there two times for blood work. She said the first time she went in they refused to use a butterfly needle. The second time which was just yesterday she requested a butterfly needle and was lied to and told the normal needle was a butterfly needle when it wasn't. If a patient requests a different needle you give it to them and you don't lie to them.
