I’ve never been here before but I had made an apt through zoc doc for May 4th at 3:00pm unfortunately something came up and on May 2nd (which is over 48 hours notice) I rescheduled through Zocdoc. I received a confirmation an everything assuming I did my part and that was it. I received a call on May 2nd and the lady had attitude from the start, I explained that I rescheduled and that I was sorry for any issues but it was definitely on zoc doc having a technical issue. Very easy to communicate with and pleasant n understanding.
Dr. Erica Ford has been great. I lost trust in my last dentist, Dr. Chittamuri. Dr. Ford is not a salesperson telling you that you need implants and Invisalign on every visit!! That comes in time, and is the patients decision. I knew I needed a deep cleaning, but needed to hear it from a new dentist, not from someone I felt was just after insurance money and not caring for me. I’ve been going Dr. Ford for many years now and she’s great! She’s always been very professional and gentle with any work I’ve needed done. I highly recommend going to see her if you live in the area.
My entire family started seeing Dr. Ford, and her entire office has been amazing getting my (then) 2 and 5 year old comfortable seeing the dentist. I had some questions about sensitive gums and also Invisalign, and Dr. Ford took her time explaining things to me but wasn't pushing me into extra services.
