The Seneca Animal Hospital Veterinarians & Staff are always helpful, friendly & patient when my dog needs to visit for a checkup or other concerns. I'm always pleased with their expertise & willingness to ensure Chief is their #1 priority during our visit!
Today's experience was horrible. I arrived with my 5 month old kitten for the last of their injections. There was active construction in progress and the roof was in shambles. The entire visit was nothing but hammering, stomping and the constant sounds of a half dozen people working on the roof. This is supposed to be "Feline Friday". Our Sammie the Schnauzer was very sick while we were at our secondary home away from our local vet. None of the vets in the Highlands/Cashiers area would see her. Seneca Animal Hospital graciously said they would "work her in" on a busy Friday afternoon. They were extremely efficient. There was no real waiting and the teamwork was amazing.
