I rated this 5-stars not because I was asked by the builder or got something in return. Meritage touts transparency and that is exactly who they are and live up to it even through the warranty process. Now compare this to the builder just on the east side of Motsenbocker, night and day difference. Meritage cares enough to send quality trades people to fix the short warranty punchlist after 1 year. Great experience, will always and only buy Meritage in the future.
We bough home here and it’s being almost a year we really have good experience with good connecting peoples, pool operating, community peoples and neighbors are awesome. Builder did quality and awesome work. Big specious house. Though we still need to explore as because of covid we missing park picnic and all. But till now we love it.
Best pace to stay with very good and friendly neighbors and neighborhood.
