After living here for over 2 years, I can say that the experience has been fine for the most part. Street parking is probably the biggest con, especially after 4pm on a weekday. My only wish for Sendero is to enforce the use of garages for car parking to alleviate street parking issues as lot of my neighbors have more than 4 cars and only use their garage for storage. Most of these families will double park so they can save themselves a parking spot for when they come home from work. This affects me in a way that I can't hav... read more
Sendero has an incredible maintenance team. They are prompt, professional, and very polite. My interactions with them have always been pleasant. Thank you Oscar and Alexus!
I would like to send a special recognition to the entire maintenance team. Especially Coolidge for being so helpful getting my place ready for final inspection. He was very thorough and helped me save as much money as possible on my moveout knowing that this move out of state was sooner than expected. In all thank you to the entire staff. Always courteous and helpful.
