The maintenance guy Adrian was great real attentive and very professional.What stands out most is the level of care and attention to detail shown by him. It's clear that they take pride in their work, and their dedication to ensuring that residents are comfortable is truly commendable.
I had a great experience speaking with Nia at Sendero Townhomes. When I called, she was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions clearly. She was patient, professional, and even asked if I had any concerns, which I really appreciated. She made the conversation feel comfortable and never rushed me. After living at Sendero for almost a month, I’d like to express my sincere thanks for the warm and helpful support from Angelyne Beltran, Leasing Consultant. We put in a work order and just a few minutes later the team called to schedule a time to come in. Adrian came by to do the work and went above and beyond to make sure things were taken care of. Thank you for being so quick and helpful.
My family and I have lived here for nearly 2 years and my review is solely for the maintenance crew. Called to have a tree looked at after a storm and Alexis came out the next day. He was able to trim the tree in no time, left no sign of tree trimming and also took care of 2 other small little things I had, no questions asked. Can not thank Alexis enough!
