Honest and dependable
Mr Espino is always someone very down to earth and available for his clientele. Reasonable fees and a human touch for the cases. I’m glad I was referred to his Law Office by another happy customer :)
Buyer chose this office to handle our transaction. It was a comedy of errors. Missed appts, failure to request surveys, etc.
I have transacted with 3 or 4 title companies my entire life and I must say this office is one of the most disorganized I have worked with. We had a second attempt at closing a property today, the office did not confirm with the other party and they were a no show having no clue they needed to be there. So we will have to return a 3rd time to finish closing on the property. I must say this attorney was not my choice but the buyer's. I Would definitely not use this attorney nor this office for anything.
