Maybe they were just having a bad day because I have had good experiences with the service department in the past, but my most recent visit was just bad. Had a 12:30 appt for oil change and tire rotation. Car didn't even get into a service bay until 1:30. Then the oil change and tire rotation took over an hour. But the part that really burned me up, and has me considering going somewhere else to have my VW serviced in the future is, my car was finished, I saw it sitting in the lot, and no one came to let me know.
