This was my first experience with SendIt. Their customer service is top shelf! I had a few small screws missing from my order. They got them out to me the next day. Awesome. I will be shopping with them again.
This is a wonderful company to do business with. They had exactly what I needed and they shipped it out very quickly. It turns out, I didn't need the item I ordered. Even though it was entirely my fault, the kind folks at Send It! were very accommodating. I was sent a free return label. The process was super easy. That kind of consideration for a customer is getting rarer these days. Please support these folks for doing right by people. And you can buy with confidence!
Didn't ship product until THREE DAYS after I ordered the tires and PAID EXTRA for expedited shipping. Don't bother calling, like another poster said, THEY DO NOT ANSWER.
Do not do business with this liar. I was sent the wrong part. I requested to return and get the right part. Seller spent the next days asking for irrelevant information that I didn’t receive with the packaging.
Top notch service with Send It! Bikes. I will be shopping with them first for now on. What a pleasure doing business with them.
