I'd recommend finding a different retailer for bike parts. I ordered a part for my kids bike through their ebay store. After not receiving a shipping notification many days after the order, I reached out. They made up some excuse about how it was still in transit to them and they would send it out in a few more days. I reached out... and instead of any communication, they just canceled the order. This store gets a fail for communication and ship times. Use another bike shop.
Bought two items from this bike shop. They were delivered back to this bike shop on 3/24/26 and never issued a refund. After multiple messages and no response I had to contact my credit card company. This bike shop never responded and never issued a refund. This bike shop is a scam. They will take your money and if parts are returned to them (and they approved the return) in unopened condition they will not only keep the parts but keep your money and never respond to a single message. This was my first experience with SendIt. Their customer service is top shelf! I had a few small screws missing from my order. They got them out to me the next day. Awesome. I will be shopping with them again.
This is a wonderful company to do business with. They had exactly what I needed and they shipped it out very quickly. It turns out, I didn't need the item I ordered. Even though it was entirely my fault, the kind folks at Send It! were very accommodating. I was sent a free return label. The process was super easy. That kind of consideration for a customer is getting rarer these days. Please support these folks for doing right by people. And you can buy with confidence!
Didn't ship product until THREE DAYS after I ordered the tires and PAID EXTRA for expedited shipping. Don't bother calling, like another poster said, THEY DO NOT ANSWER.
