Terrible experience ordering flowers, I tried ordering several flowers with different payment types and each order was denied. The help line also was not helpful, despite me verifying information, and even hung up abruptly on me. Will never order again from here. * edit: ordered online, never again, their phone line and ai responses both hung up on me
Delivered on time.
The flowers were beautiful & balloon cute for my granddaughter but they did not deliver NEXT DAY even though I paid extra for it. Deliver was made on a Monday. I was notified by an email but would have preferred being told that at checkout or thru a text so I could make other arrangements. The arrangement was bc she had surgery which is WHY it was important to me for NEXT DAY Delivery.
