I didn't like it, the cake wasn't, you should be able to pick the cake you want, I also got the one with donuts, they are way to sweet, I wasn't impressed at all.

Poor effort! Nothing from them arrives in time! Wouldn’t recommend this cake. Killed all the excitement of any surprise!

I recently ordered a cake from Send a Cake for my mother’s birthday and selected the specific delivery date to make her day extra special. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t go as planned. While Send a Cake was responsive and professional in their email communication, the delivery—handled by FedEx—was delayed without any explanation. I got the champagne bottle . The package was crushed and the sides of the champagne box was torn at seams and the box opening part was pushed down. The packaged it in a cardboard box that was about 2mm bigger than the champagne box. When I complained, they said it was shippers fault or how I opened it. What?Did I sit on it? I explained that if they packaged it properly by encasing it in bubble wrap or use peanuts to protect the champagne box, it would not be crushed.
