We had an excellent experience with Senco. Chris was amazing! He was professional, patient, explained things clearly and answered all our questions. He always returned our phone inquiries. He and his workers went above and beyond our expectations. His crew replaced our roof in one day. Clean up was great. We also had Senco remove the ice dams prior to having the roof replaced. We had our roof replaced and impressed with their efficiency, time and entire crew. They worked hard and fast and got the job done in one day!!
I placed a call after we had significant water damage, due to ice dams, and Chris was out shortly after to take a look. Chris was excellent with communication, had strong insight and knowledge of what our roof and siding needed to correct the problem, and walked us through every step of the process. The crew that came out to complete the job was skilled, hard-working, paid great attention to detail and were always kind. I'm thrilled with how everything turned out!
Called to have roof cleared of snow and ice dams. Response was timely, service was provided the next day first thing in the morning. Workers were courteous and efficient.
