it’s pretty upsetting that a company can change their gift card system and then not honor old gift cards that are no longer accepted! went in w/ $35 worth of gift cards hoping to get at Least 4 drinks out of it. instead, i could only use the $10 one and then had to PAY the remainder $4 for my one order

I used to love Sencha. I remember when this little tea bar was called The Tea Garden. I got a drink today and it tasted like water… like it was so icy and BLAND. I felt bad because I honestly hate to hassle for a remake however the barista was very kind and offered to remake it. She remade it but it was basically the same thing… just with a little milk.
