I expected loyalty and privacy, I got neither. Very mean spirited tail wagging the dog teller was extremely insulting and readily shared private information with out permission. I was sorry to learn the hard way. I recommend avoiding this institution.
I opened a High Interest checking account with them last year, I was getting the online statement, making the 10 debit transactions, and paying a monthly online bill. Last month I paid the online bill and because the merchant did not accept the online payment, Southeast had to write a check. Well this voided earning the high interest. I called the bank to explain the situation, they got back to me and said "I dont make them money so they cant give me the High interest for that month" Im withdrawing my money and taking it to ... read more
