There entire system has been down since Friday, I cannot check my balances through phone, calling them and asking them, the tele-service, or even at an ATM. My debt card is being declined whenever I use it, and according to thier teller's they have no idea when it will be fixed. So I am just SOL. Once the system ever comes back up I am definitly swapping banks. No excuse for thier entire system to just fail and leave customers without access to thier own money for more than 24hrs.
