I wish I could give a half of a star. My experience with this event hall has been highly unprofessional and deeply disappointing. After my manager scheduled a confirmed appointment with the owner, she arrived 15 minutes late without any courtesy call, apology, or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. We clearly communicated that the deposit check would be mailed directly from our bank due to her refusal to accept credit card payments, and she agreed to this arrangement. I can’t say enough amazing things about Senay Events and its incredible owner. From the moment I walked into the venue, I was blown away by the elegance and attention to detail in the decor. She has a true gift for transforming a space into something breathtaking, everything from the floral arrangements to the lighting and table setups was absolutely stunning.
