I just had the WORST experience in all my life for international shipping with this company. Cecilia was the person doing the coordination for import of one auto part from Germany. Not responsible at all. The total that they charged me was over $1000 for shipping and delivery of a car part that weighs 6 kg. It is not including the custom clearance. Please AVOID this company, or you also could be in this situation.
