Recently I got lucky twice. First I listened to my brother, Mr. DIY, who told me not to try to get rid of my yellowjackets but to hire a pro. And second I went with Senate Termite and Pest Control. They were prompt efficient and friendly. Any more pest issues I know who I'm going with.
The technician was efficient, pleasant and took time to answer my question about some little bugs I found on my front porch the day before.
I had an absolutely awful experience with this pest control company. I initially requested a consultation, was surprised with same-day service, and got a $250 bill. When confused about this my tech offered an initial service but did not mention it was the same price. Since they never discussed pricing beforehand, it felt like a scam. I've been trying to contact them for almost a month now, and there hasn't been a single response until today.
