My wife and I have been going to S and E for years (it used to be called Sunset). Sue, Susan and the rest of the staff are friendly, warm and welcoming, notwithstanding the long hours and painstaking work they do. They display a care and attention to the service they provide. Superb ambassadors for the business. They are the reason we keep coming back.
I’ve been seeing Sue for nails and pedicures for over four years. Her work is excellent, and she is a truly lovely person. I’m always happy to see her—and on the rare occasions she’s away, Susan is also fantastic!
I’ve been coming to S&E for a few months now and every time I get more disappointed. But this time ate the cake - my girlfriend made appointments today for us at 430. She didn’t get in until after 5 as the guy who was suppose to do her appointment clearly just took a walk in 5 minutes prior to us walking in. My nail tech who was half finished my set, sent me to another tech so my friend could get her nails started. We both went in between techs so get our sets finished. Was quick and fast and she did an excellent job with my nails there’s no bumps on my nail bed will be coming back and getting this done on a regular basis. Thank you.
