By now Sena is my family. I’ve been going to her for 20 years!! I have been with her through 3 locations. I have never been disappointed. People here are talking about “lack of customer service” we have to give people some grace when there’s cultural differences. You won’t get quality braids for cheaper anywhere else in the city. I highly recommend her. Where Sena goes I follow 🥰

My Little Sister Has Been Coming Here For About 3 Years &' So Far They Have Been Reasonable About The Prices. My Concern Is The Lack Of Customer Service! I Never Had An Issue Before With My Sisters 4C Tender Head , But I Saw They Was Being Really Rough With Her Scalp Detangling &' She Was Crying. I stopped by this braiding salon to inquire about boho knotless braids, the owner informed me it’d cost $200 for the length I want but I would have to purchase the human hair on my own, she stated I’d been one pack for $40 which I did. After I asked if she’d done the style she showed me videos in which she had.
