inconvenient not open sundays or very long Saturday used to open half hr earlier i think. always looses my prescriptions faxes but if i find out ots doctors
Sherry (technician) does not have great customer service over the phone. You could easily tell the call to the pharmacy was a huge bother to her. Also as a former pharmacy tech in a retail setting for many years it’s a busy profession.. but know what you sign up for, why take it out on others? 🤷🏽♀️
Good drug store. Pharmacy has poor customer service. I don't know how you can be rated as a good neighbor Pharmacy when you don't cater to veterans.
Rude and unhelpful! I just wanted to ask a few questions. And felt like i was a burden.
The people here ( specifically pharmacy staff ) were fantastic !! Very patient and professional!! They were able to handle my complicated situation like pros . I don't know what I would have done without these kind souls
