This was my third time using semper for solar installation. We had another kid and with all of us using more devices, we watched our bill creep back up there and wanted to bring it back down. Bob King was our salesperson. He was very knowledgeable and informative.. Bob presented solutions – added panels under rule 21 and a two batteries – that made sense and fit into our budget. Angie C in customer service was great , kept me informed through the process and was very diligent about getting a answer for us as soon as possible.
We purchased system in September 2025. It now has not been working consistently for 3 weeks and it's only 8 months old. You call and you get an answering system. They don't come in person to fix the system and want to do everything remotely. Their customer service is horrible but their sales team is fantastic. Beware! Would not recommend and would never buy from them in the first place.
Cherice was absolutely professional with the project and always kept us updated and answered questions promptly!!
