Based on my past 2 contacts with Josh at Semper who understands when a person let's you know they are not tech savvy, they will likely require more of your time. 7/7/26 it is a blessing to get Josh for troubleshooting our solar / internet issues. He is very knowledgeable and has a calm tone to his voice. A people person who understands how to speak in layman's terms for those of us less tech savvy people.
Angie was exceptional!!! I had problems syncing my phone and inverter and she immediately identified the problem. She not only went to the source that was causing the problem but she was efficient, prompt in handling the issue and extremely professional. Thank you Angie for helping us resolve the problem.
