SEMPER Solaris completed our system during Covid lockdown. It was a challenge with many state obstacles, but did a tremendous job. Recently, we had an issue that needs to be addressed, but I must say that Josh did an awesome job in determining the factors affecting our system. With that said, there is room for a tweaking of the system. I believe a few more technicians would be a great investment. The service after the sale is a little slow. For my fellow Realtors out there helping out your clients get roof repair quotes prior to close of escrow, look elsewhere. Company does not provide quotes during escrow. I will say if you did close escrow they will give you a free quote.
How this company has anything other than 1 star from any customer is shocking. Absolutely awful company with horrible customer service and business practices. The fact they attempt to use the "military image" to fake credibility is appalling. Don't trust or listen to your sales person. Likely they will move on from the company after making hefty commissions lieing to you about how great your system will be. They are very professional and do a very clean installation. Definitely the best to work with. Alex, their tech, is absolutely amazing.
