Very clean and quiet gym there’s hardly anyone there so if you’re not big crowd person this is the gym but the kick is it’s on a marine base you have to get access to get on base and this gym you have to get a code for the doors.
No nonsense gym that is open 24/7! Super nice for people working shift hours. Very well equipped gym. Main room has around 10 squat racks, a plethora of dumbbells, and machines. There is a back room that is set up for HITT or CrossFit style workouts. They have a variety of different cardio options as well. The gym also has sauna. Most crowded prior to and directly following working hours.
Great gym, nice and quiet for most of the day. There are a ton of machines for cardio and weight training. Staff is very friendly. Music is good too if you forget your headphones!
