Chuck and his crew closed my pool today. Very reasonable price, and quality work. Showed up on time and did a professional job. I already scheduled my pool opening next year. Happy with their service.
I have a 50 year old built in pool that needed extensive repair. I was undecided what to do with pool and had many estimates. I was recommended to give Semper Fi a call as they specialize in pool rehabilitation and so glad I did. From the start Chuck explained everything, also made great suggestions as to which was best suited for our pool. We were looking to get a new inground liner, LED light and needed our pool steps repaired/replaced. Spoke to Chuck on Sept 13 and he requested I text him the details and pictures of the pool. Sent him a text that day and again on Sept 17 with no reply. I also posted on their Facebook page to contact me but no luck.
No call, no show. Thanks guys. I had an appointment with you for a pool opening. No one came on 21 MAY 2022. And no one answered my calls. Irritating. No one wants to work anymore, or honor their responsibilities. A simple call back saying, we can't make the appointment today and we can reschedule would be a thing to do. Great. Back to waiting in line for some business to call me back on their leisure time to open this pool. Semper Fi!
Chuck did such a great job. His follow up and taking care of all the details was incredible. Would contact him again. So reliable.
