I would not call a company that has employees that drive a truck with “Semper Fi” hauling a trailer that is so impatient and decides drive onto and rode the whole median hauling tail to get to the intersection of Loop 323 and Broadway in Tyler… at 5:00pm traffic! What a way to promote the brand, I am looking into getting a pool closer to the late fall, definitely won’t be calling these people, if they are that reckless and ignorant on the road, I can’t imagine how the type of shortcuts they would take on a home pool…
I wouldn’t even give him 1 star. Never finished our pool after numerous calls and messages, but sure cashed our checks. Our spa jets were broken during the remodel, he never replaced those. Our hot tub light was supposed to be a white LED and after a whole fiasco of wrong cord length and a halogen one that burned out in 2 hours, we ended up with a color changing one that he made sure to tell us cost so much more. Zero stars if I could. Did a pool repair in 2018 for cracks in the plaster and replaced all the stone coping. The cracks re-appeared in 6 months and the coping was cut so thin the mortar in some places is as thick as the stone. Promised multiple times that he would repair but never has and now blames the cracks on shifting that he swore at the time of repair did not need staples to correct. Difficult to get in touch with. Argumentative. Do not recommend at all. He is a one man show with no guarantee of a good job.
Did a pool replaster for me in April. The tile work was sub par and I needed some regrouting and some tile replacement because they put in some chipped tiles. It is september and I am still waiting on the repair. He never returns calls and gives one excuse after another. I have been promised time after time that they are going to come fix the issue. I can show you call logs and pics and messages...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!And after I posted this he called and cussed me and promised again they would fix it.. I will update... read more
