They came out promptly and gave us an estimate. I had to pay for the estimate which I know I shouldn't do, but thought with a name like Fireman's they would be trustworthy. After they got out to my house I found out firemen don't actually do the work, just the name of the company and their bid was double the other liscenced company that I ended up using. I have them 3 stars because maybe their would have been great, but their price, firemen not actually doing the work, and the fact they charged for an estimate is what lead m... read more
