They came out promptly and gave us an estimate. I had to pay for the estimate which I know I shouldn't do, but thought with a name like Fireman's they would be trustworthy. After they got out to my house I found out firemen don't actually do the work, just the name of the company and their bid was double the other liscenced company that I ended up using.
