The coldest week to come and my heater stopped. Called Semper Fi and they come out the next morning. Now that seems unreal to me that they come out the very next day to check it out. Then they actually installed the new unit the following day. Now that to me is great service. The heat is awesome. Thank you guys for a job well done. Jean Bennett
Got a brand new unit and they treated me great!
New unit installed 15 months ago by a unreputable company that never worked correctly even with multiple visits. Fired them, called Semper Fi they were out within a couple of hours, diagnosed the issues and recommended a new unit because of the condition of the old one. They came back the next day and installed the new one and now we are very comfortable for the first time in nearly a year and a half! Before we moved to Ocala we used Semper Fi with no issues.
