Ernie and crew have always done a great job for me. This time there were some issues with the job, but after speaking with Ernie, he brought the crew back and spent time with them explaining the proper technique to get the best result. Now everything looks brand new. Great company to work with each and every time.
Very pleased with their service. Extra precautions were shared and used. Carpet appears great! The guys were in and out in a timely fashion, cleaned up leaving no mess or concerns. I will only use this company from here on out.
Punctual, extremely professional, very courteous. I had my Rock floors, steam cleaned, and they turned out looking like new. I would recommend these gentlemen to anyone.
