Immaculate service and work. We were kept informed of every single part of the process. Good communication is one of their strengths. 9 month total remodel project for our home. These guys worked through hurricane helena , ice storms, difficult terrine. We lived out of town and communication was key. Weekly phone meeting were so helpful. Could always get a question answered almost 24/7. Stayed on budget and they went way beyond to make things happen. Great sub contractors, carpenters, design team. I can’t recommend them enough! So happy with the outcome!!!
I really wanted to use this business for a small remodel based on their name and the fact they were veterans. However, the experience I had with the girl who answers the phone was so rude. She needs to learn some customer service skills and decorum. She said she runs the office but I can’t remember her name now. I try to practice the “just be nice” method of dealing with people. This was a few months back but it still bothers me. I ended up going on a completely different direction. I guess my project was too small.
After a tree fell through our home during hurracane helene, Semperfi has been nothing but helpful! They have an amazing insurance speacialist who helped us form a cost breakdown of things the insurace company neglected to include or notice. This helped us get the needed funds from the insurance company that they were previously refusing to pay out. Truly grateful for their amazing staff and all the work they have done! Would highly highly recommend them!
