Semper dry is a reputable company with a high degree of integrity. When I had a problem, they came over immediately, assessed the situation, and worked with my homeowners insurance company to ensure that all was taken care of and documented appropriately. Their professionalism and dedication cannot be overstated. I hope that I don't have any water issues in the future, but if I do I will call semper dry. Their prices are fair, their employees are expert, and they did a stand up job managing our water and drying issues.
I called and talked to Brett who got Dylan the project manager out ASAP after our leak. Dylan immediately went to work and got everything diagnosed and then had his team on the way. They worked quickly and were done in less time than I anticipated. Everything was taken care of perfectly. I appreciated both the set up and removal teams working quickly and efficiently. Everything they did eased the headaches of a chaotic time.
Dylan came the same day to survey the water damage and document the work needed. The team came the next day to do the demo work and left equipment to dry the wet areas. They kept dust off the surrounding areas by sealing off the area they were demoing. They did a good job of getting everything dry, checking for remaing moisture, and making sure we didn't have any mold or spores.
