This gym is amazing! Coach Mike is truly inspiring, pushing you to reach your best with tailored workouts and encouragement. Liz is equally fantastic, always attentive and knowledgeable. The facility is clean, well-equipped, and welcoming. I’ve seen incredible progress thanks to their guidance. Highly recommend for anyone serious about fitness!
Semper CrossFit has been the best gym experience I’ve ever had. The whole staff was so welcoming. They push you so hard and are so motivating. Someone is always watching to make sure you have proper form. It feels like a 1 on 1 experience, but you’re working out with a great group of like minded people all wanting to watch each other succeed. Gracias Manny and Liss!! I’ve never been in a place that made me laugh, cry, and pray to Jesus Christ all in 1 session. 💪🏼❤️
