Semper CrossFit is a phenomenal gym. The coaches’ expertise and caring for the athletes in their class makes ALL the difference. Mike is one of these exceptional coaches. Amazing gym with top-notch coaches who truly care about your progress! The workouts are challenging yet fun, the community is supportive, and the facility is always clean and well-equipped. Highly recommend!
