Located on 11 White Street, the Red Bank branch of Semolina Pasta Shoppe has everything a pasta lover would want. My husband picked up some food for Mother’s Day. We got some fresh pasta, a flavorful sauce, and a few entrees. It’s a tidy store with a very respectful staff. All in all, we were greatly pleased with the food and the atmosphere of the store.

Several days ago I purchased an eggplant parmigiana entree from the Red Bank shop. I baked it as per directions. Very disappointing! Just a small amount of cheese to bind the dish together . A mushy mess of tomato sauce soaked eggplant! Several days later, I decided to give them a second chance and purchased a chicken marsala entrée from their Fairhaven location. Fantastic products! Was gifted the dried clam shell and whole wheat casarecce pastas as well as a few jarred sauces by my cousin when visiting town. Wow, wow, wow. 👌

What a great little place. I was able to get some frozen meals, fresh “heat and eat” meals. Sauce, pasta, bread, salad and cheese…. Definitely will Be going back soon.
