They Will tell you to call at 7:30 am on the dot to get an emergency pain appointment. I’m taking 3,000 mg of Tylenol a day because of a live nerve exposed and I called at 7:25, 7:30, 7:31, 7:32, 7:33, and 7:35 and the phone line was dead. When they answered they wouldn’t even get me in because “they’ve taken too many emergency appointments”

Been trying to get in for months, was told to call back later to see if an opening was available. Called again said they will not be taking new patients even if you are in pain. I explained I was calling back because that is what I was told in Feb to call back in Aug. Lady very rudely said they have 1 dentist for ALL of Southeast Missouri an no one is taking new patients. What is the point of having this place if you can never get in or get pass the phone call with the front desk.
I had been in pain for 3 weeks after a wisdom tooth removal(not done at this office) and I was at a breaking point and this dentist had the patience and compassion to squeeze me in and get to the root of the problem. So understanding and nothing, but kind towards me. I am truly thankful and saying thank you does not seem enough when you've been in constant pain and finally have someone willing to help you.
