Storage unit itself looks fine but when I arrived to store some boxes the gate was not attached to the fence and the trace for it scraped the bottom of my car. Not super happy with a rather glaring security concern and when I called to ask about it they were not very helpful.
Aside from the security gate not initially being functional, as in the gate was all the way off & set aside, I'm happy with my storage room. It's my understanding the work order to repair the gate is in progress.

Customer service was right on time.... they literally called as I realize d I had made a mistake on the move in date. They quickly made a correction and the price was less than expected...
