What a relief it is to find a business like this. J.R. and Celenia went above and beyond to help my daughter with her car repair. They treated her with respect and honesty and didn't try to scam her or upsell her on something she didn't need. They communicated clearly what the problem and solution was and patiently answered her questions. As a young woman, she was nervous going into a shop for the first time. I recently had my 07 Trailblazer serviced through this shop, I was at my wits end and trying to get the repairs done at a reasonable price. I was able to find a replacement transmission and Semmens performed the service. Though they told me the transmission wouldn't be covered under the warranty they'd normally provide since they didn't source the transmission (which is completely fair and reasonable), they used the one I found for my needs. I recommend nobody i know to go here for simple reason. Unprofessional on the phone and rude. Denied me service and hung up on me twice for asking for manager.
