Odd tele-health appointments: No grace period, doctor calls on blocked line and the office calls shortly after with caller ID to tell you that you missed the doctor’s call less than five minutes later. Expects senior patients, whose first language is not English, to know when to answer a “blocked call.” And when you call back to get a little explanation, you are not met with any empathy. Disappointing service is an understatement.
