Edit: Semion personally gave me a call to apologize and to make amends. He is a great guy and truly cares about his business. This was a one off experience and he did everything in his power to make it right to me. Have been getting my haircut at Semions for years. Just recently switched from the Lincoln location to The Stanley due it being closer to me. Rocio is an amazing stylist. I am very picky about my haircuts. My hair can be difficult to cut due to the color and fineness of my hair. But she cuts it perfectly every time and she is a very cool, down to earth person to talk to. The half hour feels like 10 minutes. Highly recommend Rocio

I arrived at 1:09 pm on 3/22 for a kids' walk-in haircut. When I asked how long the wait was, the woman three chairs down (with glasses and a shoulder tattoo) told me it would be about 30 minutes. Since there were no available seats, she suggested that my two kids and I walk around and come back in 30 minutes. We visited a couple of shops in the Stanley Market and returned exactly at 1:40 pm, only to find our name had been erased from the check-in list.
