The absolute worst service I’ve ever seen. No pickup in the last 2 weeks and this not unusual. I tried to call them today at 5 different numbers to cancel my service. 2 lines were always busy and 3 lines never answered after 25-30 rings with no voice Mail. I suspect they may be belly up. Good riddance Addendum. Without a word of warning, they came last week and took my trashcan. I’ve paid up for another month but for sure there will be no refund from this bunch

They go weeks without picking up the trash. Been using them for a year and it’s never been reliable. Only thing you can count on is them sending you the bill on time.
This place is super bad every month their truck get broke and we get no service for like 10 to 12 days
It has been 3 weeks without trash pickup. When you call to ask they say they have already been down your road but the will call you back - they NEVER do!
