We received some other patients discharge papers than our daughter's and I do not believe this is an appropriate act of privacy towards the patient. Also when I went in after delivery of my baby, was treated with absolute unkindness and very unprofessionally and on discharge papers had medications that were in fact never given to me. If someone doesn't bring this up how will it be dealt with in the future will it be ignored and repeated as has been? This hospital has major issues with billing, double billing, billing for services not rendered i could go on & on and on. Some of there ER doctors are also extremely crass do vaginally exams without explaining what they are about to do making me feel very violated. Plus not adequate pain killers for my 1 year old that broke both bones in his legs!!!
Always fast and courteous service at the Seminole ER. I make the drive from Hobbs to Seminole for better service.
Called the clinic about getting COVID testing done due to exposure and symptoms and they told me to call the Urgent Care in Andrews because I wasn’t aldeana patient with one of their providers... Good job in supporting the community!

For COVID-19 testing, the District is not a designated testing center. We have an obligation to test inpatients admitted to our hospital, certain outpatients who have symptoms (with provider order for testing), and patients scheduled for surgery. In addition, we have a state requirement to regularly test residents and staff in our nursing home and assisted living facilities. Seminole Hospital is overcharging you ripping you off. If you try to talk somebody they keep ignoring you. I’ve tried talking to the billing office to the Clinical Manager, And that one time I was able to talk to the Clinical Manager she pulled up the record and she said, I can see it looks like something doesn’t add up I will talk to the billing manager and to give her a call back after a few days. When a dr. Leaves they should let you know! Now I don't know what to do
I recommend not getting a doctor there at all. the one I had bailed on his patients and left us to withdrawl from potentially dangerous medications. I even went to the emergency room and was basically told "sorry we can't help you".

I want to thank my nurse Amanda in L&D for being the BEST most attending nurse thru my whole delivery and taking care of my new baby and me after! She deserves a raise!! She goes above and beyond! I’m so glad she was there to experience my first labor! Also want to thank Doug for the magic stuff! He’s a great anesthesiologists! And we can’t forget how great Dr Sayegh is at his job! Thank you Seminole hospital!!
