This review is not something that I take lightly. I have never left a negative review before for anything. We took my infant son to the ER from vomiting and diarrhea the over 24 hours. We were worried about dehydration and we were the only ones in the ER. We have concerns for his weight already and we told them that and the nurse gave us the wrong number for weight which had us thinking he has lost over a pound and half which is a staggering number for a small baby. We have been to the ER multiple visits - I would say mixed experiences of good and bad. Good mostly revolved around the doctors. I felt most of the doctors we have seen have been knowledgeable, decent bedside manner, and fairly caring. Nursing staff is always roll of the dice. They have some great ones and then some that you kind of question how they got here. Most of my issues are with the admitting/registration staff. The nurses are negligent and biased. My sister had a heart attack and my parents had to wait in the waiting room for 30 minutes while a boy (not mennonite)with measles was immediately treated upon walking into the ER. I guess since my mom wears skirts my sister had to wait to be seen?! Mind you that my sister is nonverbal and disabled. Terribly disappointed in the lack of care my sister received here. They also took about 7 hours to get the transfer paperwork done to send her to lubbock, and during that time they didn't hook... read more

Worst and most slowest ever will never go here again went to the ER because I thought that was fast our 3 month old had a fever of 103 they left us in the waiting room 3 hours
