I recently joined and i absolutely love it! Its been about 10 years or so since I've been in a crossfit gym and this place is the best. The owner has created an amazing culture and it shows from the coaches to the clients. I look forward to my workouts here and seeing everyone! If you're in the area and are looking for a gym this is the place to be. Dont wait, just try it out and sign up!

I thoroughly enjoyed my drop in session at Seminole Heights CrossFit. Coach Malia ensured that the drop in process was smooth and made me feel welcomed. Coach Austin was great and gave me a tour of the Box and also went over every WOD movement in detail. I enjoyed the WOD and I highly recommend Seminole Heights CrossFit.
I’m fully convinced this is Tampa’s best gym! CrossFit gyms can be intimidating & overwhelming, but this gym actually welcomes all levels of training & fitness. You will be pushed without being overwhelmed. Absolutely worth it!
