Can’t seem to get an appointment for my newborn to get seen to be added to my WIC so he can get formula. I called over a week ago, and left a voicemail, haven’t got a callback yet. When I call it always sends me to voicemail so, I can’t even talk to a live person to get anything scheduled. If I don’t get a callback today I’m going up there tomorrow because I think they’re only even opened on Wednesday’s in the office but, I didn’t even have this issue getting in to be put on WIC!
Easy service. Walked in for vaccines and handled it professionally and quickly. Billed to insurance for me as well.
