Always enjoy going there. Employees are extremely pleasant and helpful. Wish it was a little closer to where I live but there are several bus lines that offer daily trips. Haven't tried the hotel yet but looking forward to it.

I think Immokalee is a great casino..I love that they keep adding new games and the ambiance is great!! People DO win, my husband did. Everyone has their own opions...so Im just leaving mine :). Great place...I give them a thumbs up!

Horrible customer service!!!! Won $10 on scratch off card. Got a $10 voucher to try our luck.we had to put in our players card to use voucher it would not work in 25cent machines we tried, got attendant he put it in $5 machine it worked so we tried again in what we thoughtwas a 25cent machine it was $25 machine, contacted attendant he said we had to go back to players club, we did they refused to replace the vouche. It is only $10 it was an honest mistake. I will never go back and will retell this to everyone I meet.
