There are no ash trays in the place now u have to walk away from your machine to fine one??? U say smoking Area ok?Beautiful floor. Or walk around with one before someone grabs it Not GOOD
customer service couldn't be worse !!! couldn't get waited on at the main bar, went to the back bar to get a soda was told it would be $3.00...really...I spent over $500.00 in 2 hours and have to pay $3.00 for a soda..because there's no waitress's giving out free drinks..when we got there it was raining,was told valet parking was closed,as I was waiting for my husband to get back from parking the car, a Lamborghini pulls up and guess what he gets valet --guess my cash isn't good enough so I WONT GO BACK !!!!

Happy Together Concert was phenomenal, the Hotel Room was great, it was a Very Memorable & positive experience..
I haven't been to Tampa Hard Rock, since renovations, but I follow and it looks beautiful ! I hope I can visit this time while in Florida. I miss you Hard Rock.....babe babe !

Place is a rip off. I never win nor does anyone I know. The only thing good theme is the 1st Street Deli, a little pricey but not bad
I definitely going back there...nice entertainment..my favorite is the slot machines..
