Please, please, please do something about the smoke! Setting the air conditioning to freezing does nothing to eliminate the smoke, it just makes the casino cold. The "No Smoking" area is not enclosed and just as smoky as the rest of the building. To add insult to injury cigars are sold in the hotel lobby. You have a beautiful hotel and casino that I would love to go back to, so, please, please, PLEASE fix the smoke problem so I can return.

We called Memorial Day and got a beautiful room! It was our first stay there since we live only in Naples. Rooms were beautiful and staff were very informative and helpful. We had a great meal and won$$$$$ too! We would definitely go back for an overnight again!

We all had a really good time. This was the first time there. The rooms we very nice, loved our stay. My only big complaint is there was never and I mean NEVER anyone around with soda or water or ice tea or anything. The minute I told the girl I wasn't drinking cocktails I really never saw her again. She brought me one soda , I tipped her then never to be seen again. The same thing happened the following day. I'm hoping this helps , thankyou, Colleen

I think $400 a night the weekend we went was a bit expensive. Although the room was very nice and clean bed very comfortable. We were very disappointed they didn't have a roulette wheel or craps. So we played blackjack and a few slots with very little pay outs. Food was very good and very expensive. But they know they have you trapped so they don't need to have any large payouts and can charge whatever they want for food. Not really sure how they determine the comps with the players club card. It was a great concert with Asleep at the Wheel, parking both in and out was easy and quick, Security staff and cashiers were very friendly and helpful. It was a fantastic evening!
